RANGE OF FUEL SAVING PRODUCTS
CLAYTON STEAM MASTER
Clayton Industries’ latest innovation, the small and highly efficient Clayton STEAM MASTER, has combined technical expertise and ease of use to deliver a superior product based on reliability and safety.
The Clayton Steam Master is available in three sizes that can be powered by either oil or gas. Gas-fired units have fully modulating output control from 100% to 20%. Oil-fired units are equipped with Clayton’s three-step modulating controller. These units require only 220V single-phase electrical connection and have a power rating that is less than a domestic electric kettle.
CLAYTON SIGMAFIRE SERIES
The Clayton Sigmafire Series of products range from 500kW to 2MW , with steam outputs from 785 kg/h to 3,136 kg/h. The Clayton Sigmafire Series is compact, lightweight and can be installed in a space typically one third the size of a traditional firetube or watertube Boiler design.
Clayton Sigmafire units can be also supplied with complete Skid Packages, mounting Feedwater Treatment Systems at the Factory with pre-piping and electrical wiring to reduce field installation costs.
Compact, Versatile, from 1.5 to 20 MW and available with Low NOx and Superheat options
These compact, highly efficient industrial steam boilers come with more benefits than traditional Water-Tube and Fire-Tube boilers. Their unique controlled-flow/counter-flow heat exchanger design allows these Steam Boilers to start up and respond to system load changes rapidly while maintaining system pressures.
Low NOx burner systems are available to meet the strictest regulations down to 6 ppm. Skid mounting, containerising and other options are also available to meet any specific project requirements.
